Health Calendar is a comprehensive health tracking system that helps you monitor your wellness journey. When you open the app, you'll see a clean and organized calendar interface with three main tabs (Goal Tracking, Health Diary, and Women's Health) at the top of the page. Each tab serves a specific purpose for tracking different aspects of your health journey. All your data is stored securely on your device for complete privacy.
๐ฑ First Look: The main page displays a calendar view with navigation controls (Previous/Next month buttons) and three prominent tabs. Each tab has its own independent calendar that you can navigate separately. Click on any date in the calendar to add entries and track your health data.
Follow these simple steps to begin using Health Calendar:
Click on one of the three tabs at the top: Goal Tracking (for measurable health goals), Health Diary (for daily health entries), or Women's Health (for period, pregnancy, and vaccination tracking).
Use the Previous โ and Next โถ buttons to move between months. Each tab has its own independent calendar, so you can navigate to different months in each section separately.
Click on any date in the calendar. A dialog box (window) will open where you can add your health data. For Goal Tracking, set up a goal first. For Health Diary, use templates or write custom notes. For Women's Health, record period dates or pregnancy information.
Use the header buttons (๐ How to Use, ๐ Set Reminder, ๐จ๏ธ Print, ๐ History, ๐ Language) to access additional features. View progress reports, generate health analysis, export data, and more.

Record your daily health activities, symptoms, medications, doctor visits, and wellness notes. Generate comprehensive health reports with 12 key metrics, analyze your main health issues, track trends, and view statistics for different time periods (Weekly, Fortnight, This Month). Print or export your complete health report.
Track menstrual cycles, period dates, and symptoms. Monitor pregnancy progress and milestones. Manage vaccination records and schedule important health appointments. All data is private and stored securely on your device.

Switch between English and Hindi languages. All text, buttons, and labels will change to your selected language.
Set health goals, track daily progress, and see your improvement over time. Perfect for weight loss, fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals.
Click on any calendar date and a dialog box (window) will open. On that window, you can set up your health goal step by step.

In the dialog box, select your health goal from 50+ options like weight loss, daily steps, water intake, blood pressure, or create a custom goal.
Enter your current value and target value in the dialog box. Example: Current 70kg โ Target 65kg
Choose start and end dates in the dialog box. The system calculates how much you need to improve each day.
Click "Save Goal" button in the dialog box to save your health goal settings.
Click any date in your goal range. In the dialog box, enter your daily values (like weight, measurements) and add notes. Click "Save Entry" to record your daily progress.
The Progress Report displays 9 key metrics in a 3x3 grid, giving you a comprehensive overview of your goal tracking progress. You'll also find Export, Share, and Print buttons to save or share your progress.

The interactive graph displays your daily progress with a blue line for actual values and a green dashed line for your target. This visual representation helps you see trends and adjust your approach to meet your goal.
Record daily health activities, symptoms, medications, and wellness notes. Perfect for tracking patterns and sharing with doctors.
Click on any calendar date and a dialog box (window) will open. In the dialog box, you can use health templates or write custom notes to record your health information.

In the dialog box, select from health templates dropdown: Health Issues, Medical Visits, Tests & Reports, Medications, Hospital Events, Positive Updates, or Other Notes. Click "Add Selected" to insert the template.
Write custom health notes in the text area. You can combine templates and custom text to create detailed health entries.
Click "Save" button in the dialog box to record your health data for that date. You can also click "๐๏ธ" to delete an existing entry.
The dialog box provides pre-made health templates organized into categories. Select from the dropdown and click "Add Selected" to quickly add common health entries.
Templates for fever, headache, cold, cough, body pain, stomach pain, diarrhea, weakness, and other common symptoms.
Templates for hospital visits, clinic visits, doctor consultations, checkups, emergency visits, follow-ups, and specialist visits.
Templates for lab reports, blood tests, X-rays, ultrasound, CT scans, MRI scans, and ECG tests.
Templates for starting medicine, taking medicine, new prescriptions, and medicine reactions.
Templates for vaccinations, surgeries, hospital admissions, and physiotherapy sessions.
Templates for feeling better, recovery, improved health, energetic days, no health issues, treatment completion, and discharge.
The Activity Timeline shows your health entries in chronological order, making it easy to track patterns and identify trends over time.

The Health Report provides comprehensive insights into your health data. You'll find Export and Print buttons at the top to save or share your health report.
Select different time periods to analyze your health data:
The Health Report displays a comprehensive 12-grid analysis: Total Entry, Doctor/Clinic Visits, Sick Days, Fine Days, Avg Sick/Week, Avg. Sick Month, Last Sick Day, Total Test, Main Issue (most common health problem), Common Issue (other repeated issues), Trend (improving/declining/stable), and Status & Score (health score percentage with progress bar). All metrics automatically update based on the selected time period (Weekly, Fortnight, or This Month).
View detailed chronological list of all your health entries with date, category, and details. You can edit or delete entries from the timeline.
Tracks consecutive days without health issues to motivate consistency and help you maintain healthy habits.
Make it a habit to record entries daily for better pattern tracking.
Include specific details about symptoms, treatments, and feelings.

Women's Health section provides specialized tracking for menstrual cycles, pregnancy progress, and vaccination records. This comprehensive tool helps you monitor your reproductive health, track cycle patterns, manage pregnancy milestones, and maintain vaccination schedules. All data is stored securely on your device with complete privacy protection.
Click on the "Women's Health" tab to access three main tracking categories: Period Tracker, Pregnancy Tracker, and Vaccination Records. Use the category buttons at the top to switch between different tracking modes. Click on any calendar date to add entries and track your health data.
Track your menstrual cycle with detailed analysis and predictions. Record period dates, symptoms, and cycle information to get insights into your reproductive health patterns.
Enter your last period start date, average cycle length (days between periods), and period duration (days). This helps the system calculate accurate predictions.
Click on calendar dates to mark period start and end dates. The system automatically tracks your cycle and calculates patterns over time.
The Period Analysis Report shows predictions for your next period date, days until next period, and fertile window dates. These predictions improve as you track more cycles.
View cycle length, regularity statistics, and pattern analysis in the Period Analysis Report. Track your menstrual health trends over time.
All your women's health data including period information, pregnancy details, and vaccination records is stored locally on your device. No data is sent to external servers, ensuring complete privacy and security. Your sensitive health information remains private and accessible only to you.
The History tab allows you to view all your past activity, data entries, and saved information in one place. Access Goal Tracking, Health Diary, and Women's Health history with a single click.
Click the "๐ History" button in the header (top right, next to Print button) to open the History section. You'll see three category buttons to switch between different history types.
View all your past and completed goals with their status (Completed or Cancelled), dates, current and target values, and goal periods. Perfect for reviewing your health journey and progress over time.
Browse all your health diary entries chronologically with dates and full notes. See all your recorded health activities, symptoms, medications, and wellness notes in one organized list.
View your period tracking data, pregnancy records, vaccination history, and all women's health entries. See complete timeline of your women's health journey.
All history entries are sorted by date, showing newest entries first for easy access to recent activities.
Switch between Goal Tracking, Health Diary, and Women's Health history with a single click using category buttons.
Access all your saved data including completed goals, diary entries, period data, pregnancy records, and vaccinations.

A: Currently, you can track one active goal at a time. You can change goals anytime, and the system will preserve your historical data.

A: Yes! Click on any calendar date to edit or update your previous entries.
A: No problem! You can always go back and add entries for missed days. The system will automatically recalculate your progress.
